Upon the signing of a contract and receipt of payment from said client, the individual who has referred the client is entitled to the following payment.

For a contract of a minimum of $200 up to a value of $549 a flat commission of $50 is paid.

For contracts above $549 a 10% commission on revenue is paid.

All payments are made on a cash-in basis based on the payment plans accorded to the client.

Commission is based on the original contract value and commission will not be paid on additions made to initial contract at a later point in the development process. No commission will be paid on maintenance plans as well as additional contracts negotiated with the client past the initial contract.
