"Collection" or "to collect" – the act of collecting, acquiring, recording or obtaining Personal Information from any source whatsoever, excluding third parties, and by any means whatsoever .

"Consent" – a voluntary acquiescence to the Collection, Use and Disclosure of Personal Information for purposes that have been identified. Depending on the circumstances, consent may be express or implied and can be given directly by the individual or through an authorized representative.

"Personal Information" – means all information kept by 9m9 regarding client, including clients name, address and listed telephone number. Personal Information also includes such things as credit information, billing files, service and equipment statements, any files sent to 9m9 by client pertaining to work completed or to be completed, any files send from 9m9 client pertaining to work completed or to be completed, any correspondence between 9m9, any files stored on 9m9’s servers as well as any complaints documented in a file.

9m9 under no circumstances will disclose personal information to any party other than client and is solely responsible for the personal information under its control. Personal information may be disclosed to client of whose personal information it is after client has answered specific security questions and provided a password. 9m9 and its agents collect personal information for the purposes of billing client for services, delivery of services to client, and/or in order to perform services for client and are authorized to use personal information for said reasons. Upon requesting services to be performed by 9m9, client consents to this policy.
