I contacted 9m9 last year, when we were launching our new business. I knew what I wanted my website to look like, but didn't know how to make it happen. After a few discussions with Arun's company and comparing his ideas and pricing to several other shops, I decided to give them the job of creating my site. I found Arun to be very attentive, good suggestions and most important to me was he was always accessible to me via email. He didn't over-charge and I had made some changes to the initial site request. He was always available to discuss and assist as was required. It was extremely frustrating to me after I had a website built by a local GTA web site builder, had brochures and business cards printed, only to be faced with endless problems with the website and having the web developer blame me and the public user(s) for the technical difficulties that we encountered. Not only did I suffer a loss for the cost of the website, but I also suffered a loss for the cost of the brochures and business cards... as well as business that was lost as a result of not being able to access the website more times than not.

I started a new business in July 2010, and I was looking for someone to create an e-commerce website for my company.
